Submit an Event to the IndyArts Calendar!
Partner users
If your organization is part of the Arts Organizations Directory, you
are eligible to be a partner user. If you have multiple events throughout the
year, your organization can be provided with a username, password and
instructions so that you may add, edit or delete events on-line. If you have
questions about how to use the on-line system, please send an e-mail message to
events@indyarts.org.
Guest users
As a guest on the Arts Council's web site, you may provide information to be
considered for inclusion in the IndyArts Calendar. If you are sponsoring an arts-related event
in Marion or one of its surrounding counties,
please provide the information below and click the submit button. An Arts
Council representative will contact you if further event and/or organization
details are needed. All fields marked with an asterisk(*) are required. If you would like to submit an image
for your event, please attach it to an email and send it to events@indyarts.org
with the event name in the subject line.(Image Specifications: 72dpi / maximum file size: 75kb / maximum width: 320 pixels / maximum height: 320 pixels / jpg or gif only)
Community Arts Classes
If you are submitting an event that is a community arts class, please check "Yes" in the
Event Information section below. Community arts classes available to the public will be listed on
BeIndypendent.Org and
linked from IndyArts.Org (by clicking "Community Arts Classes" in the "Search Arts Calendar" drop-down.
